Arrival
Services are provided by availability. Customers are advised to make prior reservations for all services and arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to enjoy the full duration of service. In the event the customer is late for the appointment, the applicable treatment time will be shortened. La Mer reserves the right to cancel the appointment if customers arrive after 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding as this has an impact on other customers with appointments.
Terms & Conditions
Vouchers & Validity
3 months from date of issuance for complimentary vouchers and 12 months from date of purchase for paid packages. All treatments are to be consumed within the validity period and will be deemed invalid after the expiry date.
Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour cancellation notice is strictly required for any cancellation. Cancellation fee equivalent to 100% the value of the facial will be incurred for cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time or non-attendance. Booking amendments & cancellations can be made via phone call to the facial studios, or via the online appointment booking tool.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Facial packages are non refundable, non transferable and non-exchangeable for cash & La Mer Products.
Facial Services
All facial treatment services do not include extraction and eyebrow trimming services.
Spa Etiquette
Customers are advised to switch their mobile phones and other electronics to silent mode in the treatment room.
La Mer’s General Terms & Conditions of Sale shall also apply. La Mer reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without notice.
